The Slow Wine 2023 guide has awarded our winery the Slow Wine award at the Aosta Valley DOC Chambave Muscat 2021.
The Top Wine - Slow Wine award is given to those wines that, besides having an excellent organoleptic quality, manage to condense in the glass characters linked to the territory, history and environment. The attribution of this symbol, decreed by a jury of Slow Food, implies the absence of chemical weeding in the vineyards. Finally, Slow Wine also responds to the criterion of the good relationship between quality and price, taking into account when and where it was produced.
The presentation of the Guide in its 2023 edition and the National Slow Wine Tasting 2023 will be held on Saturday 8 October in Milan.
