Acquavite di Vino Nonus® comes from the distilling of its eponymous wine in a discontinuous bain-marie still. The careful distillation of this wine, rich in the tertiary aromas of ageing, gives us a very delicate and complex distillate. The time that passes from distillation to marketing of Nonus enhances the bouquet and enriches the palate sensations with pleasant softness.
